I enter a meditative state and allow high-frequency energy to flow through me, adapted for healing. Reiki-, spiritual-, trance-healing focuses on your non-physical layers, such as your aura, chakras, etheric, and astral body. When these are balanced, your physical body can more easily repair and self-heal naturally. Since time and space do not exist in the spiritual realm, distance healing works just as effectively, no matter where you are. Spiritual healing can also be given remotely at any distance.

In this session, I tailor both the structure and content to your specific needs. Each session focuses on one area at a time, giving you the opportunity to dive deeper and take an important first step toward change. The session begins with a gentle guidance into a soft and deep relaxation (trance), allowing you to settle in and focus on the area you have chosen.

Examples of sessions:
• An extended trance with positive suggestions to release years of stress and tension, strengthen self-confidence, or mentally prepare for something important.

• A guided visualisation process to let go of what weighs you down and create more inner ease.
